Professional Personal Statement
With my prior experience in the human resources field and knowledge gained from my education, I believe I obtain the potential to be a valuable asset to any company. My past internship and job pertaining to human resources have prepared me most for future positions. During my internship, I was a group leader for interns at my location in Jersey City, NJ for a significant Talent Acquisition project. We worked through the 10 weeks in the summer collecting data from other similar corporations on how they brand themselves. We used this data to compare to our corporation, and see what we could be doing better. Being an intern, I was shocked and humbled to have been given such an important position in the project. I could really see myself making an impact in the corporation. From this project, I found a passion for talent acquistion, and would be honored to continue it.
I am currently a junior at the Pennsylvania State University and plan to graduate in May, 2019 with a Bachelor of the Arts in Labor and Employment Relations. Studying courses in my major have shaped me into a dedicated employee who is ready to take on the most difficult of challenges.
